During the visit of a friend, I saw the new underground bicycle parking lot at the Basel train station. Parking costs 1 CHF ($1.08) per day and there are 1590 spaces with services like repair, toilettes, showers, and e-bike recharging stations. Entering the bicycle station through an underground tunnel that takes you under the Tram (trolley system) and traffic roads, right under the train station.
