I got my motorbike license today – some may call it scooter license (up to 175cc only). So I feel like a real Hanoian now. It required quite a few visits to bureaus for paper work, photos, notarizations and included a health check with 3 different physicians, one dentist and one ophthalmologist. They thoroughly checked my teeth, ears, eyes, mouth, nose (sic!), lungs, and heart. At the end I was deemed fit for a motorbike. Finally today, I was off to the police academy to drive the parcour with the 8 figure followed by blocks on the track.
