Our flight from Switzerland to Vietnam went well. Anton was extra patient and helpful. We explained that he needed to follow instructions, watch out for Lukas, and be patient and he did all of that. The only time he was cranky was when he fell asleep at the Doho airport and we had to wake him up quickly to board. It was midnight and he had been traveling all day so I’d be pretty cranky too if I was him.

On the train to Zurich

Lukas fell asleep on the airport transit bus in Doho. I think it was a 10-15 minute ride to the airport and 20-25 minute ride to the plane. Of course he was decked out in his fireman helmet and coat. Makes it easier to find him when he runs off:) not to mention all the female flight attendants warm up to him quickly.

Qatar airlines was pretty nice. More room than most and your own entertainment set. But it’s still an airplane. The kids slept pretty well this way.
