I took my wife out for lunch and we had a bowl of noodle escargot or bún ốc. This is the VN hamburger, or quick inexpensive lunch. I enjoyed it quite a lot, as there are a variety of ingredients such as beef, small snails, big snails, tomato, salad, and mints. It was 35 kĐ per bowl.

The other nice thing is that you can see the cook preparing the food in the background, so you can see how it’s made.
