Anton turned 5 years old and we celebrated his birthday with friends in Basel. He got surprised with a homemade cake from a friend and enjoyed getting presents that included Legos and new games.
We made a chocolate cake to take to the Kindergarten. They really made his day special. He got to sit in the special chair while they all sang Happy Birthday in Swiss German, English, French, Italian, Romanish, and Spanish. Then each child came up to him to shake his hand and wish him sometime like health, a sunny day, etc. It was very sweet, sincere and personable. Lukas and Liz were also present in the Kindergarten on that morning.
